Are you a good listener?
The most important thing in communication is hearing what isn’t said. ~Peter Drucker
Understanding what is being said in a conversation isn’t just about listening to the words being spoken. It’s important to pay attention to how something is said and the non-verbal messages sent through their tone of voice, facial expression, gestures and body language. Communication isn’t about how much you say, it’s about whether each person grasps the other person’s perspective.
Listen to this episode of the PSI Podcast where we discuss how to navigate the important conversations in your life. We are very excited to hear from a couple that have spent years improving their own personal communication styles.
